I miss the people, they were more like family instead of co-workers. Cleveland State has the warmest atmosphere I have ever experienced at any job.

I learned alot about problem solving and being assertive and takling initiave in an effort to meet deadlines and get things done.

the coworkers were very helpful and kind. the work atmosphere was positive and supportive. I enjoyed meeting different people and going to different activities.

When I was a mentor, I found it challenging to get my mentees to keep their appointments with me when they made them. Also, keeping them motivated about school was challenging.

It varies but factors such as G.P.A, financial aid, and what major you have will get you certain jobs. Also, being involved in activities and having a positive attitude helps get you certain positions.
