Obtained undergraduate degree in psychology

The three best things for me at the College were (1) taking a diverse field of classes ranging from English to psychology to political science and philosophy (what I ended up majoring in) without feeling pressured to choose before I was ready. (2) Have small enough classes that I could discuss a point with the professor without feeling like I was disrupting the class or taking class time away from other students. (3) Most importantly, I was taught to think clearly and express that thought without reserve by professors who taught classes instead of pushing that duty onto a TA....

I installed and reformated hard drives and installed operating systems for student customers. I configured network cards to operate with the school's wireless network. I conducted troubleshooting with software on both Windows and Apple platforms. I became proficient in using and fixing issues with Microsoft's Office products. Finally, I employed customer service skills while explaining services to students....
