Experiences at control tfs east

The best team i work with was the co-workers of leads.when the manager wasnt available we were the ones that ran the operation of malls cleaniness and when she return we always recieved good news from the malls manager from her that may us proud.

I walk in Northlake mall 2005,was told to call in a week speak with anita,which i did and from there i went from being a mall employee after 90days manager training to night supervisor and 2007 was transfered to a highend mall TownCenter@cobb to continue my supervisory skills to dayshift supervisor, all this happen within 3-6months due to my work ethics and attendance....

Keep talking to a minium with customers,stay busy working,make sure your equipment works and you have everything on your cart to clean proficiently by malls standards.

so much that i can use on the next opportunity of employment.

Different day,same routines but different faces to see so it makes the day go faster and smoother,just another day to do it again some aren't as fortunate to see another day so just the simple things like waking up made it the best things, along with helping others along the way.

omg between to co-workers,hear say i never did like it even in school,thast why i was one to stay to myself and just be around those i knew that wasnt trouble makers,anyway they had to work together and i guess the best to the best next thing i knew there was words i had to be the moderator to explain to them this isnt the time or place we must be professional at all times,solving it was hard but simple they were written up and told that if this happen again suspended with out pay.when the day was over i told them not as a supervisor as one that exp.go to the horses mouth and ask instead of listening to hear say that way alot can be avoided and a whole bunch of people wont be envolved,terminate the issue before hand!...

In my opinion customer service would be the most challenging for me you cant always satisfy everyone and my job was to satify and ensure they were satisfied,as they say the customer is always right!

My responsibilty was to ensure co-workers job performance was by standards and asst. them in consistently performing daily cleaning routines in maintaining the malls cleaniness.

know what you want to get out of the job and it be easier,show the exp you have and work towards getting more exp. to go further,my goal was to become asst.manager if it wasnt for personal emerg.i feel i would of became the next one because of my work ethic.
