How would you describe what you did at convergys pvt ltd?

i was working for US inbound process for AT&T the largest communication co. in US. i was working as a billing speacialist , solving the queries for US customer over the phone.

within one year span was promoted as a Sr. Cco.which is a biggest achievement for me in such a reputed organisation .
