Brought ATM's up and running after installation, kept track of company vehicle mileage and work hours, Installed and troubleshot software, hardware, and many different types of peripherals. How would you describe what you did at diebold?

Documentation design and development of the ATM staging procedures for implementation, and training. This required research of technical schematic diagrams, technical manual research, shadowing installers to glean techniques/installation knowledge and digital images.

manage customer contract and service related issues. Worked with Service, sales, and customer to meet contractual committments. Worked with accounts payable and receivables to guaranty speedy payments of invoices and revenue collection

How would you describe what you did at diebold?

Manage the schedules of over 200 technicians. Determine urgency of service calls and schedule accordingly. Insure service level agreement has been met. Work as a team with others to produce productive results.
