Generally the first step is that HR calls the candidate and does a phone interview, then there's a face-to-face with HR, the hiring manager, and maybe one or two co-workers, the next round of interviews will include meeting eBags' executives and a homework assignment is given. Thorough background screens are done at that point. eBags wants to make sure we're getting the best hires and that new eBaggers will get all of their questions answered and feel comfortable with the Company....
