What are the most challenging aspects of your job at eTelecare Global Solutions?

As a Technical Support Specialist, you must be a patient and knowledgeable person. Your job is solving people's technical problems so you must be equipped with the knowledge and skills to do this. You must also be very patient. There are different kinds of customers ---- customers who are friendly and technically knowledgeable, customers who are rude/dominant but has no technical know-how, etc. There are different ways to deal with different customers so your people skills should come in handy.... read more

I believe I have contributed much to the success of our program. I have given my best effort and dedication to meet the metrics and even exceeded expectations. I also made a lot of good friends who will remain my good friends even if I have already resigned from the company.

There are certain requirements that you must meet:

- You must have a good command of the English language
- Your exam results should mean that you are a teachable individual and a quick learner
- You must be a person of integrity and professionalism
- Attitude is very important

I have been a consistent top performing employee which granted me a promotion to TSR Level 2 within 8 months on the job.

I have given certain suggestions on how to improve certain work systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
