Examples of customized products include the Sabre Suite (Airline Reservations System); Maintenance & Engineering Loads (On-board monitoring systems, i.e., engines, oxygen); Airport Gates and Counters; Curbside Baggage system; Pilot and Flight Attendant scheduling; American AAdvantage; and desktop software/hardware certifications and installations. This documentation contains detailed, step-by-step technical data and enables EDS Field Engineers to provide accurate and repeatable installations and processes across worldwide networks; providing less installation time and consistent long-term support. Provide expertise regarding content and presentation, including organization, format and style, to ensure quality of final product. Maintain document management control by customizing documentation templates, defining document styles and standards, and creating/standardizing procedures for the document review process. Project management skills entail coordinating workflow between executives and Integration Engineers by designing/utilizing a database to accurately track document history and software, ensuring timely project management for 70 Engineers. In addition, serve as the Web Developer for the department's Intranet Web pages. Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to efffectively coordinate with all echelons.
