What are the most challenging aspects of your job at embassy suites?The most challenging aspect of my job at Embassy Suites is that anything can break down at any time and I have to be able to handle the situation and solve the problem. For example, the heat may be too low for a certain banquet hall and I need to be a ble to track the problem and get it fixed.

What's the secret to getting hired at embassy suites?the secret to getting hired at Embassy Suites is to demonstrate that you are a reliable, hard worker who is not afraid to take on the varying responsibilities that the job requires. On any given day I could be working in the boiler room or on the roof maintaining the A/C units.

As a front desk agent I, delt with guest complaints, answered telephones, and checked guests in and out. I was then promoted to Night Auditor where I, filled out Excel and ...

How would you describe what you did at embassy suites?I handled guest complaints, checked guests in and out as well as helping guests with directions. I also had to balance accounts on the night audit shift.
