What's the secret to getting hired at ernst & young?Originally I worked at a hospital that the firm was their external auditors. The Controller was very difficult to work with, so I would get the information the auditors needed to complete the audit. I was recruited by the audit team and I was at the firm for twelve years!

What advice would you give to a new employee at ernst & young?Do your best...it will be recognized and appreciated. Set goals, share the goals and don't be afraid to ask for help in obtaining them.

What did you learn along the way at ernst & young?During my years at Ernst & Young I learned that education can be taught in other places besides a classroom. I learned that professional does not mean simply business-like. Professional means accuracy with heart and effort.
