Do your best...it will be recognized and appreciated. Set goals, share the goals and don't be afraid to ask for help in obtaining them.

What did you learn along the way at ernst & young?

During my years at Ernst & Young I learned that education can be taught in other places besides a classroom. I learned that professional does not mean simply business-like. Professional means accuracy with heart and effort.

What are the three best things about working at ernst & young?

The three best things about working at Ernst & Young were #1...the people. The people I worked with were very professional and yet very human. They not only did a job but believed that the environment should be as stress free as possible. The people I worked with became more than my peers; they became mentors and friends. I suppose that #2 best thing about working at Ernst & Young would be the pay and benefit package because both were generous and much needed. The #3 "best thing" about working at Ernst & Young, would have to be the feeling of pride that came with being a part of a group that had high demands and expectations and encouraged everyone to do their best.... read more

What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at ernst & young?

The toughest problem I had to solve while working at Ernst & Young actually had nothing to do with my place of employment. While working there I had a very young family and leaving them on a daily basis was something I had a very hard time dealing with. The most challenging aspect of working for Ernst & Young was probably the never ending drive to meet the expectations of the amazing people I worked with.
