What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at fazoli's?

Trying to get the associates to understand that over-portioning the product we serve wasn't as good as an idea as they thought.

How would you describe what you did at fazoli's?

My main job was cashier. I took orders from customers and exchanged money. I made salads and did some food prep. I cleaned the restrooms and tables. When I worked mornings I would clean the windows and do opening. Sometimes, I would take out food to customers and made sure their dining experience was a good one....
