Experiences at genentech

I started out as an Executive Assistant with meeting planning duties. Conventions and conferences were added to my desk. I learned on the job without the benefit of any training. I have become a successful meeting & convention planner and continue to grow on a daily basis.

Be willing to work hard and understand the concept of casual intensity. Always keep the patient in mind and have fun! Be intelligent but not too overbearing. Must be a people person.
