* Developed and implemented sourcing and recruiting plans for executive staffing that included: CIO North America, VP Sales, VP Marketing, VP Operations for Call and Network Center, General Manager - Canada, VP Cisco Alliance (UK), VP Dell Alliance, Director of Dell Alliance (EMEA), Director of Microsoft Alliance (EMEA), Director of Pricing, Director of Solutions Consulting, Director of Solutions Engineering and numerous Senior Sales Executives in US and Canada * Established the company's internal executive search function that improved quality and saved over $1m in search fees. Program was recognized by the Electronic Recruiting Exchange as a finalist in their 2005 Excellence Awards: Most Innovative Recruiting Process or Departmental Structure (our Executive Staffing function) and Most Strategic Use of Technology * Worked closely with senior management throughout the organization to rehabilitate a failing recruiting department and develop it into a well respected partner to the business ??? Drive all sales and marketing hiring. Implemented 'fast start' recruiting program for critical new marketing group that resulted in 25 nationwide hires for brand new $100K+ positions in four months. Saved $750,000 in agency fees. This included a Top Talent Recruiting Program that encompassed executive level interview training, implementation of new assessment tools. This program has had such outstanding results that it is now being used as model for all senior level positions including a new sales staffing initiative. ???
