How would you describe what you did at h&r block - option1 (contract)?

Custumer service, dealing with client issues. At present i am teaching the receptionist class for the H&R Block san francisco south district. Bookkeeping, tax pro schedualing, making bank deposits, setup meetings, marketing.

What's the secret to getting hired at h&r block - option1 (contract)?

I am a very hard worker, more than willing to learn. Love working with custumers and solving there indavidual situations. Very friendly, team player.
