I had a fight one day between a senior and a freshman in my class while teaching Algebra in High School. What made this particularly difficult is that my coteacher and I could not get hold of security. I stayed in the class while she went to get security.
I was able to talk to the senior and calm him down. I firmly believe this is one of my strengths, I know how to communicate....
