As CTO, I provided technical and managerial leadership to create a fun, effective, high-energy team-oriented environment. I led the team that developed a 120-person multi-media call center from the ground up. My team and I implemented a new NEC PBX telecom switch and complete Cisco based network infrastructure.
Mr. Vedel also led the development team in creating a custom; patent-pending Knowledge management/content management/CRM systems to support call center operations. INetNow provided its customers with immediate access to the Internet via any wireless or wireline telephone....
