While working for IBM I focused my attention on customer service and fast problem resolution. My track record has proven my consistent ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and utilize them towards project objectives. As a result of my capabilities, I was asked to select and motivate a team of newly hired contractors on a temporary assignment for Deutche Bank. -Monitored and supported infrastructure for over 30 clients on a series of large networked AS400 servers from all over North America/Europe
-Basic troubleshooting for 1st level
-Escalate to 2nd and 3rd levels
-Released and monitored Batch jobs for clients.
-Documented shift activities
-Created problem tickets using Managenow/Remedy.
-Assisted clients with basic issues, when needed.
-Implemented changes in the AS400 environment, with the assistance of 2nd and 3rd level support.

Development and implementation of the 1st .net web app. This was a high profile project under a tight deadline. I was the lead for the conversion activities and responsible for all efforts related to this task. I also had to report weekly status to senior management.
