Getting hired is easy. Just have the skills and be willing to work long hours to help them in a crunch.
It's getting paid that's the tricky part.
Expect to have to make too many phone calls, leave too many messages, get pawned off onto powerless underlings, and get shorted when checks arrive (if they don't bounce outright. If they get in a pinch, you will only get what is due to you (maybe) if you hound them relentlessly for 4-6 months.
Avoid them like the plague....
