There is three trimesters at this school. One of them is solely for academics and the other two are for culinary labs. The labs are 7 hours a day, 4 days a week. In these labs we learn the essentials of baking and pastry. We are lectured and have hands on experience. We take two labs per tri. I have taken Introduction to cake decorating and petite fours, Hot and Cold dessert presentation, Breads and Rolls, and Classical French Pastries....
