Helped companies utilize the power of the Internet to acquire new customers and add value to existing customer relationships * Conducted a market segmentation study to help a Bermuda-based insurance carrier target markets within their middle market area. Marketing strategies for each industry and line of business were developed as well as a regional prospecting system. * Developed an interactive communication program to introduce a new software company to Chief Marketing Officers and CIO's. Mailings were conducted to prospects (utilizing email and direct mail) directing the user to enter a personalized code into a website. Through the code, a personalized websites was created. Utilizing web analytics qualified leads were generated which resulted in a 55% increase in appointments to prospect companies. * Developed a communication and branding program for a mortgage broking company. Program led to increased awareness of the company, requests for information and mortgage applications....
