Experiences at kean university

There isn't any secret to getting hired at Kean University. What got me hired was the skills I had prior to this job. I had a good Microsoft office background and had knowledge of working in an university setting.

Learned the in's and out's of life!

I majored in marketing with a minor in Psychology. I obtained a bachelor's degree in marketing in 1993.

First, depending on the position you are applying for, and the department you are applying to work at, you must be a Kean University student. Kean is all about school pride and giving back to the students. The presidential staff there, will do every and anything to help their students get ahead, including giving them a job. As long as you are honest, hard working, and willing to help others, i dont think there is one department there that wouldn't take a chance on you....

I am a full-time student at Kean University, majoring in social work. I love to help others and give back as much as I can which is why I chose the social work field. I am currently in my junior year and I plan to graduate in May of 2009.

I am going to start my college education in July this year. Once the fall semester starts I am going to proceed to take classes. I am going to take 15 credits worth of classes.

I majored in English hoping to work in an office. I also took many computer and health classes if I was to work in a medical office. My main area of interest is becoming an academic adviser or a transfer counselor in a college environment
