Experiences at kelloggs

One of the toughest problems was when we were running product that was not mixed properly. The product would not run correctly through the machines. After making all the adjustments the I knew possible we called in quality control to inspect the product. Eventually they said to just put the product into the rework barrels....

I think one of the most challenging aspects was working in the cold temperature. Everywhere else that I had worked before had been hot. I also think that learning the setup of the different machines was challenging.

I operated different packaging machines. I set up these machines as well as taking them apart when we cleaned.

I think the secret was being dependable and hard working.
