Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources from new hires to terminations.Responsible for all recruiting for the hospital. Implement policies and precedures, employment laws. Workers compensation, benefits, new hire orientation,Activity committee, and Safety committee.

I had never work with people that were on vents until I came to kindred. I'v learn a lot about vents since I started working at kindred and it has really giving me a new lease on life .Plus I'v made a lot of great friends.
