Experiences at kinko's

Office duties including multiple phone lines, typing, filing, faxing, customer service, inventory control, order processing, data entry, and meter readings on the machines. All aspects of daily financial duties including AP and AR, financial statements and invoices, counting the start and end drawers for employees, and employee time cards and payroll processing.

Oversaw all aspects of customer service, supervised, trained and evaluated staff of 14. Responsible for quality control on all orders. Demonstrated effective problem solving. Scheduled all employees' shifts and all work orders.

My time spent with Kinko's, I was able to participate in developing an employment law training course. I was tasked with discovering reasons regarding high turnover levels among associates. Also, I participated in resume screening, a career fair, and lead an extensive HR audit.

Attention to detail and patience

Handled aspects of the print/copying industry as well as creating graphic designs for different forms of media.

* Coordinated all production jobs to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
* Supervised up to 10 people per shift and assisted the store management team.
