Responsible for utilizing cutting edge recruiting techniques to acquire the best talent available. Part of a team that executes creative and effective staffing solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to achieve relevant objectives for the positions in need of filling. Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates with minimal turnaround time to fill vacancies. Also evaluate resumes, complete phone screenings and utilize the Applicant Management System. Report to the Manager of Talent Sourcing.
Also responsible/member of several projects for college recruiting, diversity recruiting, global recruitment process flow, training, etc....
