Experiences at kroger

The things that i did at Kroger was as a cashier i assited my customers with great customer service. As a supervisor i made sure all of my employees are doing their jobs and helped with the customers in any and all ways possible.

I am a very patient person. i am also very punctual. i am always early and on time. I go into work with a great attitude. I make my job as fun as possible.

Theres no secret to getting hired just app. and wait for a call.

Displaying great customer service and efficiency at the job at hand is what got me hired, promoted and several raises. Kroger is known for hiring a lot of high schoolers and tended to have a high turnover but I had to honor to work there longer than anyone else my age because I was able to continually perform well and better my job performance...

The most challenging aspect at my job at Kroger was trying to please all the higher up managers, the lower managers, the managers in training and the lower employees. They weren't very organized, what with opening a new store, so everyone had their info criss crossed and it was hard to make sure you were doing what EVERYONE wanted you to do....

at first i was hired as a courtesy clerk (bagger) and i would have to clear the parkinglot for shopping carts bag groceries put items back on the store shelves, and as a cashier all i had to do was check customers out and make sure that my checking station was clean with no go backs
