How would you describe what you did at kyocera wireless?

Senior/Staff HF Engineer Duties:
-Led the UI Specification Group:
-Supported and supervised all UI design projects/graphic development and team members in San Diego and Bangalore, India to effectively deliver usable and enjoyable products to market
-Conducted performance/goal reviews and
resource allocation assessments and updates
-Created travel proposals and oversaw carrier compliance matrix development and completion
-Responsible for hiring new team members and contractors
-Attended critical bug/spec issue resolution meetings and trained new HF hires on bug/spec analysis procedures
-Responsible for improvements to spec processes for features and phone targets
-Designed and wrote UI specifications for multiple phone features and have led five specifications
-Features include: games, power status, settings, personal information management, data, position location services, push to talk, supporting software for the PC, and technical menus (service programming, debug)
-Worked with carriers and their specific UIs, consumer test, developers and marketing to understand and translate requirements into features under tight deadlines
-Performed heuristic analyses on competitive products, small scale usability tests (paper prototypes etc.), and worked with usability consultants to create tasks for larger scale lab testing
