What do people wear to work at lexmark international?Anything and everything. Dress is very casual, with those people who are more customer facing (marketing, execs) wearing business casual. NO ONE wears a tie, unless they're a newbie on an interview.

What are the opportunities for advancement at lexmark international?Pretty good, though I'm in software so things move faster than other areas. Typically, a technical person such as myself can choose to advance through the technical ranks to become a corporation-wide specialist in his or her area, or they can jump into supervisory/managerial positions.

What's the interview process like at lexmark international?Typically, it's a multi-person interview, one-on-one, typically with 4 people from different parts of the group. Usually, the interviews either start or end with a manager, and two to three technical people.
