What are the most challenging aspects of your job at major marts?sometimes you would have some customers that were agrresive. you had to smile and try yor best no matter what to use cusomer service skills. dont get angry or upset

How would you describe what you did at major marts?it was about making my customer happy.and also doing my duties. answering the phone. greeting every customer that comes in. make them feel welcome.and ringing up their purchase.and always let them know you appreciate their buisness.
