Acquisition a 600 employee payroll into the already established 2000 employee weekly & biweekly payrolls. Learned the ADP Enterprise software with ease and efficiency while bring professional accuracy back to the payroll department and process. Implemented the GL set up with ADP, PayCards, and other needed changes within system to better serve company needs resulting in successful payroll processes. Training personnel and creating new policies to help the company operate with efficient procedures for an automated and organized payroll process. Maintaining personnel records and processing all payrolls for the corporation to include all employee changes, garnishments, local taxing calculations, and general ledger accuracy of payroll transactions for download. Creating VIP reports benefit deduction audit reporting and much more ad hoc reporting using report smith and excel software....
