Being a Mom has been and still is an awesome experience and a challenging experience. It is a real life job yet employers need to recognize it's a world of being able to handle anything, manage anything, handle multiple tasking, cognitive skills, supervision skills, crisis management, financial management, project planning and the list continues. It's a conitinuing job/career that I love....

listen,realize you are not perfect,you will become your mother at one point,make peace with it.make sure they dont grow up too fast.talk to them,and love them for who they are
