What's the secret to getting hired at mtv networks?Everyone says that it all depends on who you know. While that is largely the truth, it is possible to obtain a position at MTV without knowing anyone internally. You have to be persistent, and like all jobs you have to start at the bottom. But eventually, you'll get to the top.

How did you find your job at mtv networks?I found this job through an employment agency in April 2005. Originally, I was brought on as a temporary employee and the duration of my assignment was only supposed to last 6 months. What's the secret to getting hired at mtv networks?super friendly, extremely laid back, do not let the entertainment world over excite you, be excited for the opportunitely, and pump up yourself and your customer service qualities, its all about customer service in this type of industry
