In a sales position at New Horizons, you need to be willing to make a lot of phone calls on a constent basis. You need to prove that you are passionate about this and comfortable with inside sales environment.

While working at FedEx, I took the online course which covered all the Microsoft Office software. The programs I trained on were Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Outlook.

New Horizons' Network+ course is a five-day class that prepares students to take the Network+ exam, and is first step in achieving a MCSE or CNE, covering networking technology and practices in the following competencies:

- Protocols and Standards
- Network Implementation
- Network Support...

We learned the basics of SQL.
