Right now, just the management transition. Each manager isn't seeing eye to eye with the employees.

Just having the retail/customer service background. Plus you have to be flexible with your schedule.

to be employed at office max the main thing is to have great customer service....you need to know how to compromise with both your needs and the customers...being able to help meet the sales needs is also a plus...i feel i have proved to have excellent experience with it...
