Was successful in helping procur lead aprons for cases involving x-rays. The operating room does have them but not nearly enough, so I proposed getting more and recently have heard that the request has been granted.

It was very straight forward in that I was asked about my experience, how I would handle a potentially angry staff member or physician, and if I would consider signing on as a staff member in the future.

I have a long history working in the medical field and as a Navy corpsman I was trained to be an operating room technologist.
