What are the most challenging aspects of your job at ross cast metals?ross cast metals was a very fast paced iron foundry in very dirty areas and high heat and heavy lifting just working in these conditions day in and day out was a challenge.

How would you describe what you did at ross cast metals?i started out as a low level grinder,then moved up to the core dept. then moved up the ladder to a high level 26x20 mold machine operator. then was ask to be dept. supervisor. the plant closed doors in june 2000 i was still there as a supervisor.
