Decided on a career path and completed the Bachelors degree program as my first step towards accomplishing my career goal.

My school helped me become the ultimate communicator that I am today. With Film/TV production, i was able to grasp how to creatively entertain and inspire people. Being a director helped me learn how to manage a great deal of people and to not get stressed when many problems come at you at a very quick rate. Public Relations taught me how to communicate effectively through various mediums - print or electronic....

Graduate level certification class in education in addiction studies.

The fact that I am making a positive difference in the lives of those with whom I work. If I do my best work, it will help others to improve their job performance and their careers.

I have worked with many great teams over the years. If I have to choose one team as best, I would pick the team I worked with at L3 Communications, and defense/aerospace contractor. The goal was to reduce errors and cycle time in the manufacture of a complex electronic device. What made the team great was that, while it was comprised of union, administrative and management personnel, the team was able to "level the playing field" and work together toward a common goal. That team has saved the company over $200,000.00 so far....

At Rowan, I work with business clients at their site, providing coaching and training services. One of my clients was South Jersey Healthcare, a large regional group of hospitals. One of the projects I facilitated was an interdepartmental effort to reduce blood labeling errors in the emergency room. We were able to make improvements to internal systems that resulted in six-sigma levels of quality while maintaining strict compliance to regulatory requirements....
