* Interview applicants, train and oversee training of new employees, work closely with general manager to learn managerial procedures, act as liaison between staff and general manager, scheduling of 30+ employees
* Bartender, Server, To-Go, Hostess, Expo, Grill/Pantry Cook, Dishwasher, and Salad Bar Attendant when needed.
* Tasks include opening and closing restaurant, managing a staff of approximately 15-20 people, inventory and handling large amounts of money to prepare bank deposits.
