I worked as Teaching Assistant to support my tuition and living expenses at Rutgers. I have taught recitations, hold question/answer sessions, created final exams when professor is not available to do that. patiently waiting for the paperwork to go through. the average time from a position being requested to listed, interviewed, and hired is probably 6+ months.

At Rutgers I completed a Phd in Computer Science, and a certificate from the Cognitive Science group. My thesis looked at non-photorealistic rendering (automated creation of art-like illustrations) and implicit interaction via eye tracking.

I pledged Tau Epsilon Phi in 2003 and was the Vice Chancellor from 2003 to 2005. I was in RGC (Rutgers Greek Council). I was also in IFSC (Inter Fraternity-Sorority Council).

What's the secret to getting hired at rutgers university?

As a student, you need a good GPA and at least 1000 on your SATs (old scale). In High School, I had a 3.7 GPA and a 1090 on my SATs. I was also a member of Boys State and National Honors Society Junior and Senior Year
