How did you find your job at sapphire technologies?

I was referred by a mutual friend who also worked at the company. Little did I know that he was just getting referral money from me. He quit 2 weeks after I started at the company. Thanks Joe!

What did you learn along the way at sapphire technologies?

That the company makes a ton of money off their contractors. Then you don't really see much of that money in your pocket though cause the pay schedule stinks!

How would you describe what you did at sapphire technologies?

Get in at 8am and cold call candidates till 12pm. 30 minute lunch which your manager would like for you to eat at your desk. Even though he will take a 2 hour lunch-great leadership! Then 12:30 to 6pm cold call more candidates. Also, 2 days a week you work from 6pm to 8pm getting leads for your Account Managers....

What's the secret to getting hired at sapphire technologies?

The process usually consists of about 4 or more interviews. 1 or 2 face to face and then 1 or 2 more phone interviews. Thier really is not secret to getting hired. Just tell them that you will work very hard and put in tons of hours for them. They will hire anyone as long as you will work ...
