What's the secret to getting hired at schnucks?

You have to smile and actually talk to people to get hired at Schnucks. If they think you are shy and underspoken the odds are your employer might think that you wont speak to the customers if you don't speak to your coworkers.

How would you describe what you did at schnucks?

I pushed carts, bagged groceries, put away overstock, cleaned, and anything else that needed done if asked or when I volunteered.
