To reinstate and re-issue the closed credit cards to the customer, to convience them at the same time to accept the various products on the credit cards..

The most challenging aspect was being the part of a retention unit and handling the queries and resolving the issues of the customers. Acheiving and exceeding my targets.

It was a telesales for the products related to the credit cards... A target based job.. and was always encouraged by my line manager on exceeding the traget. was substantially rewarded for my acheivements. Received the certificates and incentives for my performance.

Jioned the bank as an out sourced staff as a Telesales Executive, for the Portfolio management Unit. Mainly handled the products related to the credit cards and latter on moved in to a retention unit of the same department as credit card retention officer, handling and resolving the querries and complaints.... read more
