WOW, I always wanted to make sure every passenger had a great travel experience with Southwest. I wanted everyone to walk away with positive words for our airline and their experience with our airline. That being said, sometimes there would be unforeseen issues such as weather delays and we had to work above and beyond to make sure our passengers were taken care of to the best of our ability...

Southwest is very stringent in the hiring process. They hire based on personality not knowledge of the job. They can train you for the computer system but they can not give you the right personality to deal with passengers the way Southwest represnts themselves. Must be warm, friendly, happy, customer oriented, professional and fun at the same time...

One of the most challenging aspects of any customer service based job is when the customers experience wasn't meeting their expectations. As a representative , with my great communication skills , I am able to research and analyze the situation , offer options, and give solutions, while maintaining the customers confidence in my company and all the services we have to offer....

For 18 years I provided the highest quality of customer service to our customers with air travel and rental car reservations, frequent flyer membership needs, website support and general customer service. It was a great job....
