Document Review utilizing Xerox XLS Software to determine the relevance of Documents to current Litigation.

I assisted attorneys in all aspects of document production, along with maintaining the cases' document management system.
Provided attorneys with support during depositions including scheduling depositions, arranging court reporters, assembling preparatory documents necessary for attorneys and witnesses preparation for depositions, preparation of trial exhibits, trial exhibit lists and assisting in preparation of demonstrative exhibits. Loaded transcripts of depositions into software program, and retrieved information from the system.
Acted as a liaison between counsel and opposing counsel. Provided attorneys with support during trial. Wrote deposition and document summaries along with maintaining all pleading correspondence files, periodically cite-checking memorandums for legal updates. Assisted attorneys in filing pleadings in federal court via electronic filing system...
