Essential Duties and Responsibilities included the following.
Assisted in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues. Created, distributed, and closed-out customer tickets on a daily basis. Maintained and distributed department related information on a daily basis. Communicated with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues. Completed and maintained a variety of reports as directed by the department manager. Used software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. Assisted with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs. Assisted with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary. Assisted in the implementation of operational projects as needed. Communicated with customers about service issues as needed. Communicated with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed. Performed other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities included organizing and scheduling glass technicians and ordering materials. Conducted saftey meetings. Conducted monthly inventory.
