I am very successful with operational skills and time management. I have stayed on top of associates annual reviews.I have controlled payroll to meet the needs of the business. I have outstanding customer service and have been commended by customer letters on my performance. I have gone the extra mile by compiling a phone list and doing an extensive phone campaigns on our major marketing events. I have excellent communication skills with our Home Office and upper management. I have also been helpful to our district in the time of need for coverage. I have also been asked to help at new store openings for my visual and operational skills.
