Experiences at target stores

I personally learnt that peservearance comes about through hardwork.

My primary function was to attend to guest needs as they arose by answering questions, locating products, and assisting in any way possible. In addition, I maintained a clean work environment and replenished low-stock items in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

I pulled merchandise from the backroom (stockroom) to be stocked by Salesfloor Team members. I also operated a Crown (automated pallet jack). Also operated a Wave (Cherry Picker type device).

Oversee day to day operations of depts. including research, adjaceny sets, ad sets, merchandising, trainer, interview and orientate potential employees. Oversee team of up to 20, delegate and supervise tasks
