Assistant to the Executive Director of Admissions and Records. Yearly budget updates for all the accounts. Complete set up and charge of each account. Monthly and yearly reports. Prepared monthly and bi-weekly payroll. Prepared purchase orders, vouchers and interdepartmental vouchers. How would you describe what you did at texas a&m university?

During my tenure in Aggieland, I had no less than four internships and five paid jobs. I also held membership in AMA and AAF; eventually becoming vice-president of the local AAF chapter. I learned graphic design the old school way with cut and paste methods, offset printing, photostats and the gray Macs of the early 1990's. I also drew a daily comic strip that was eventually published and sold out of two print runs at local bookstores including Barnes & Noble. Somehow, I still had time to earn a degree in advertising; which is earned at Texas A&M by getting a B.S. in Journalism and a minor in marketing.... read more
