Manage data center and infrastructure delivery for ongoing projects worth over $1 billion. Oversee infrastructure design and management; interface with project coordinators, contractors, and personnel to complete a variety of projects ranging from data center construction, management, maintenance, and hardware deployments to infrastructure in Biosafety Level Three laboratories.

Assess current and future computing facility requirements; coordinate strategy with CxOs and management
Negotiate service provider contracts and SLAs for WAN lines up to OC192 and super-lambda services
Manage deployment of high performance computing and large scale distributed systems
Develop new specifications for State data centers and infrastructure
Serve as subject matter expert on data centers and infrastructure to the State
